Employee generated content has become a major theme in employee engagement over the last few years. Companies that have mastered the art of encouraging their employees to tell their own stories have been able to deepen their corporate narratives, injecting powerful authenticity, strengthening their reputations. They have succeeded in telling one story with many voices.

But implementing such an approach can feel daunting – in particular, ensuring that it feels authentic, and not forced, can seem challenging.

In this webinar we will consider different ways in which organisations can effectively incorporate the voices of their employees into their communications. You’ll leave armed with practical tips to help your organisation start telling its one story with many voices.

Panellists: Richard Douglas and Gauri Mahtani are Senior Consultants at Superunion. They work with clients across different sectors to help address their varied communications challenges, including British Land, Diageo, IHG and Pfizer. Richard has worked in brand strategy, government marketing and communications, and television. Gauri has a background in strategic communications and reputation management, and has worked with blue-chip companies on research, strategy, content and capability development projects.
