Jim is Global CEO of Superunion and leads its team of 750 people across 12 countries. Having spent the first fifteen years of his career client-side in product and marketing leadership roles at companies including Levi Strauss and Converse, Jim switched to the agency world, joining a WPP company, in 2001, initially working as a brand strategist before taking his first CEO role in 2005. He conceived and led the formation of Superunion from five legacy agencies inside of WPP in 2018. Jim is motivated by the pursuit of creative solutions to complex business problems and is a trusted advisor to many global brand leaders and CEOs.
